OCFO Office of PBS Financial Services (BR)

Our MISSION is to serve as PBS’ expert financial advisor, reliably providing accurate, high-quality, and timely financial services.

The CORE SERVICES of the office include:

• Formulates and executes building operations expenses for maintaining and operating all government-owned buildings, as well as managing funding for PBS salaries and benefits, including administrative activities (payroll tracking, forecasting and workforce analysis).
• Monitors and reviews the execution of regional funding activities to ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
• Provides financial oversight and support for the leasing function of buildings and properties and reimbursable and capital programs.
• Advises on quality review checks and corrections to customers regarding PIB and recurring services policies through the Consolidated Processing Group (CPG).
