The GSA IT Performance Dashboard assesses GSA IT’s organization health and performance based on 10 key strategic metrics across the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard (Customer, Stewardship, Internal Processes, and Organizational Growth). 

The GSA IT Strategic Plan Dashboard tracks the progress of the strategic initiatives outlined in the FY 2018-2020 GSA IT Strategic Plan; as well as internal GSA IT and unplanned strategic initiatives that were not identified in the IT Strategic Plan.

The GSA IT EOA Initiatives Dashboard tracks the project status and total time saved through GSA IT’s elimination, optimization, and automation (EOA) projects.

The Internal Partner Satisfaction Survey (IPSS) is a GSA-wide annual survey issued by the Office of Customer Experience to evaluate the level of service being provided by GSA’s staff offices to their internal customers (i.e., GSA employees). 

 

The GSA IT Survey Actions Dashboard tracks actions items GSA IT is taking to address survey feedback in order to improve customer and user experience.

 The Annual IT Survey helps GSA IT understand employee satisfaction and experience with IT support services. These reports visualize the responses collected from the Annual IT Survey. Responses help IT understand improvement areas and assess IT service offerings for the future.
