D2D Portal will be undergoing maintenance on Friday, August 1st from 4:30pm to 8pm. Users may experience intermittent unavailability during this period.
D2D will upgrade the Tableau Server to the 2024 version on Friday, August 1, 2025, beginning at 4:30 PM. The upgrade may continue throughout the weekend. During this transition, you may experience intermittent access issues with your dashboards.

How to Sign Up for D2D Portal Access

In order to access the D2D Portal, you must first register your federal email address with LOGIN.GOV (for Non-GSA User) or GSA Auth (for GSA User).

How to Sign Up as Non-GSA User:

 

Step 1:  Click on the "Login" button on the D2D Portal homepage and select "Non-GSA User".

 

 

Step 2:  On the Login.gov page select "Create an Account".

 

 

Step 3:  Enter your email address and follow the instructions.  Associate your PIV/CAC card with your account.

 

 

Step 4:  Go back to the D2D non-GSA User Login option and login utilizing your credentials (government email address and password).
