OGP MD Evaluation Sciences Division (OES)

The Evaluation Sciences Division (ESD), referred to and branded as the Office of Evaluation Sciences (OES), works with GSA and governmentwide partners to help agencies build and use evidence to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of government programs. Our interdisciplinary team of evaluators provides expertise to rapidly develop and test evidence-based insights to identify effective and cost-effective strategies to improve government. We also develop and share evidence and evaluation resources, best practices, and results across government, as well as building federal employee evaluation and evidence-building skills.
