OCFO Office of Budget (BB)

Our MISSION is to support our customers and stakeholders and the priorities of GSA by formulating and justifying budgets, and monitoring the execution of funding.

The CORE SERVICES of the office include:

• Provides guidance on budget formulation, execution, and reporting to ensure adherence to statute, regulations, and Administration policy.
• Develops OMB budget submissions and Congressional Justifications and responds to their data and reporting requests.
• Facilitates the development of budget requirements as well as the associated analysis and presentation to senior leadership.
• Ensures efficient budget execution to ensure solvency of GSA funds, facilitates the evaluation and prioritization of business case investments, and conducts recurring evaluation of rates/fees.
• Acts as budgetary liaison on all matters dealing with budget formulation, budget execution and budgetary control.
