This group includes GSA FAS employees whose office symbol contains "QS."  This list is created by downloading the GSA Staff Roster on the D2D Portal and filtering for the following:

1. Pos Org Agy Subelement Desc = "Federal Acquisition Service (GS30)"
2. OfficeSymbol CONTAINS "QS"

The list of users in this group should be refreshed on an intermittent basis using the process outlined above.
